We first met Valentina in Chile around 15 years ago, and from the very beginning she felt like part of our family—so much so that we fondly think of her as our “Chilean daughter.” Over the years, she has returned time and again to support us at Ranginui at Lake Tekapo, stepping in to manage things whenever needed. Her dedication and reliability have been a constant, and we’ve come to truly value the care she brings to everything she does.
Valentina has a naturally warm and welcoming manner that puts both guests and team members at ease. Combined with her extensive experience in hospitality, she creates an environment that feels relaxed, thoughtful, and genuinely cared for. We feel incredibly fortunate to have her as part of our team, and it gives us great peace of mind knowing that Ranginui is in such capable and caring hands whenever she is there.
